Refund Policy

At Maisie & Me we will take all care to make sure that the products that you receive are as ordered and in excellent condition. If this is not the case please notify us as soon as possible so we can endevour to rectify the matter as soon as possible.

If your parcel is received in a damaged condition please take photos of the packaging so that we are able to make a claim with the carrier company.

If you have a change of mind after receiving your 'in stock'  purchase and wish to return your purchase it will be at your expense and there is 20% restocking fee. (20% of the purchase price).

You must ensure that all products are packaged adequately to prevent damage of any products in transit. We will only accept returns within 7 working days of you receiving the product.

Made to order items are not returnable.
